He fought back tears of overwhelming emotion and began to speak his immortal words of thanks; calling himself the luckiest man on the face of the earth. The Photo of Gehrig at the microphone is combined with a 24KT Gold plated NY Yankees Coin and a 24KT Gold Yankee Stadium Coin as well as a numbered certificate of authenticity listing the date of the speech and his career accomplishments such as his Triple Crown and MVP awards. The photo; gold coins and COA is presented in a 13 x 16 black molded wood frame with navy on white double matting and a glass front panel.
